Refund policy

1. right of return

1.1 Customers have the right to return the goods within 30 days of delivery of the goods. The right of return is exercised by completing the return slip and returning the goods. The return shipment must be sent to CHRIS box AG, Schmittengasse 186820 Frastanz, Austria.

1.2 Exercising the right of return results in the conversion of the purchase contract into a reverse transaction relationship, according to which the services received under the purchase contract must be refunded. The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the consumer.

1.3 After receipt of the goods, any purchase price already paid will be refunded to the customer immediately.

1.4 A deduction from the purchase price to be refunded or an invoice for possible damage, excessive wear of the goods or damage to the original packaging of the goods remains reserved. No deduction shall be made if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods necessary to establish their nature, condition and functionality. CHRIS box AG may refuse repayment until it has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

1.5 The right of return is excluded if:
- the period of 30 days after delivery has been exceeded,
- the goods are damaged,
- the products are not in their original packaging.
